Chardonnay 70% and Chardanny musqué 30%. The Chardonnay is enhanced by the micro climate of the highest hills of Monte delle Vigne. The breeze from our hills makes it an original expression of flavor and freshness. It is a Blanc de Blancs vinified with the long Charmat method: the 6 months on the lees give it an immediate but not banal approach. A creamy bubble with a light body for a graceful dance from the beginning to the end of the meal.
