The expression of a terroir, in its aromatic complexity made even more identifying by non-filtration. Appearance: Veiled straw yellow colour. The wine has not been filtered. Taste: On the palate it is fresh, sapid and dry with a characteristic aroma and citrus hints. It's completely dry. Olfactory: Intense and complex bouquet, which highlights a floral and fruity character, with notes of almond, apricot, peach and white flowers. Serving temperature: 12°C. Pairing: It can be combined with risottos, Parma ham and Culatello, but also with fish and cheeses.
