Our spice preparation “transforms every cheese into a little work of art,” we promise. So feel free to try it with a cheese of your choice (a mountain cheese is obvious) - and discover the taste explosion from the valleys of South Tyrol: bread clover, thyme, hemp, bergamot, currant and edelweiss are just some of the ingredients that will lift your cheese to heaven. Also perfect with raclette or as a particularly elegant addition to a cheese plate. CHEESE, BABY! We developed it together with one of the most exclusive spice mills in Bavaria. Some of the herbs are harvested by hand and come from the valleys of South Tyrol. CHEESE, BABY! is therefore the perfect cheese seasoning. Not only for fine gourmet cheese platters but also for raclette or cheese fondue. Of course, our spice mixture is also suitable for spreads or for seasoning fine dishes.
