Maiwipferl spread

In Austria, young conifer shoots are called Maiwipferl, because they only grow in May. Our Maiwipferl spread is completely vegan. In terms of taste, Maiwipferl have a very strong aroma. The spread tastes of herbs and has a slightly lemony finish. If you hold the glass up to the light, its deep red color disappears recognize. The spread is ideal for sweetening desserts, esp Muesli, in tea, pure or as a spread. Maiwipferl spread can crystallize, the spread here simply liquefy again in a warm water bath.
