Wild garlic is the wild form of garlic, which is why they are similar also very tasty. However, the wild garlic has one less intense taste and is therefore easier to digest. It goes well with almost every dish or food that comes with it however, it works best on raw vegetables. THE SPECIAL: Due to a special processing method, they are colored Salt crystals green, so our wild garlic salt smells and tastes good particularly intense and aromatic.
