One of the most pristine tea regions is Laos. Here the Camellia sinensis is endemic in its original form and has very high polyphenol values. The Phu indigenous people Noi collects the seeds of the tea plant in the surrounding rainforests and cultivates them around the local village. We mix the wild shoots by hand with fine osmanthus flowers from the Kau Shue tea garden. The complex infusion is characterized by a fruity sweetness paired with clear floral notes.
