Irish red ale – poppy flowers and poppy seeds Deoch is the beer served at the feast of immortality in Sidh, the other world of the Gods in Celtic mythology. It is an amber beer, brewed with wild poppy (poppy flowers and blue poppy seeds) which gives it a beautiful red color. The floral and spicy notes are supported by the use of willamette hops in dry hopping.
