Rosa Parks says NO A4 Art Print

A simple ‘NO’ from Rosa Parks created history. She refused to give up her seat for a white man on a Montgomery bus in December 1955. Parks’ activism earned her the accolade of being the ‘First Lady of Civil Rights’ and ‘The Mother of the Freedom Movement’. NOTE FROM THE DESIGNER: I explore feminism and women who have influenced my life in this collection. They might be real or fictional. The quotes used are sometimes their own, and sometimes what I believe they might have said. All in all, I have tried to capture the essence of their character in the most simple and poetic way possible. FINISH: Printed on heavyweight matt 350gsm card (FSC Certified paper.)
