Dochus Sour Mocktail: Ingredients: • 50 mL Glen Dochus • 10 mL simple syrup • 25 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice • 1/2 egg white • A dash of non-alcoholic bitters • An orange slice for garnish Preparation: 1.Chill a tumbler glass. 2.Lightly beat the egg white until it becomes light and frothy. 3.In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add the Glen Dochus, egg white, bitters, sugar syrup, and lemon juice. 4.Shake vigorously to emulsify everything well. 5.Strain into the previously chilled glass. 6.Garnish with an orange slice.
