This is a deliciously bold coffee, blended and roasted in a way that will cut through milk for popular drinks such as cappuccino and café latte. Highly versatile, it also creates a fantastic espresso. When brewed with freshly ground coffee the flavour profile will be of a richly roasted aroma, full bodied and exhibiting maltiness on the nose, while on the palate you will get slight tangerine and honey notes coming from the Arabicas. Ideal for all bean to cup machines, suiting a wide range of coffee recipes. A blend of carefully selected Robusta and Arabica beans from Vietnam, Tanzania and Ethiopia. The Robusta coffee beans are from the central highlands region of Vietnam and along with the Tanzanian Arabica from the Mbeya region, this coffee has been washed and dried traditionally on raised beds. Adding a wonderful additional depth of flavour to the blend is Ethiopian Arabica from Yirgacheffe, where the washed coffees have long been prized for their delicate, tea-like aromatics and clean citrus flavour.  This coffee has been slowly roasted to produce a full flavour beverage. Every cup of coffee you drink helps the cooperative communities in the Shakiso district of Ethiopia, the Amocs Cooperative in Tanzania and the Cudliemnong Cooperative in Vietnam. This is through an ethical premium of approximately 10% of the price of a tonne of green coffee. In addition, all our coffees also support the Msia School Project in Tanzania.
