Our fine fruit specialties are made from the best, fully ripe Herbstprinz apples, Williams-Christ pears or quinces from the Old Country. After the harvest, the fruits are cleaned by hand, eighthed and placed in fine apple, Williams pear or quince brandy to ripen for several months. After a maturation period of several months, the extracts obtained in this way are processed into our specialties. The use of the fruit brandies gives them their particularly noble and mild taste. Unique production of spirits: We obtain the special aroma with its fruity note from the full, leached fruits, to which we also owe the natural color. A process that we are currently using as the only manufacturer in northern Germany. Contains 35% alcohol
