Bovino carpaccio (Bresaola) is a product made from dried beef leg, matured for a long time.     It is a typically Italian charcuterie, which can be compared to Grisons meat.                                        The butcher Luigi Fattibene uses the noblest part of the beef thigh (nut).     Tasty and delicate, it can be enjoyed in thin slices: in a carpaccio with a drizzle of OLIO DI SERRA oil and a touch of lemon, basil and parmesan, in a sandwich, on a pizza, in raclette...     Our Carpaccio Bovino is gluten-free and is offered to you vacuum-packed in 1.7 kg pieces with a shelf life of 6 months.                                        It can be stored in the refrigerator after opening.     Ingredients: beef, salt, dextrose, natural flavors. May contain traces of milk, egg, nuts, celery, sesame seeds and nuts.
