Old Fashioned Olive Oil - Fruity Dark Virgin 1L - Picholine - France / Provence

A Virgin Olive Oil: Ancient - Dark fruity Celle Huile Authentique has a beautiful aromatic harmony It is characterized by notes of Black Olives, Tapenade and Truffle. 
It does not present any note of ardor or bitterness. Ideal for seasoning your summer vegetables, your salads, fresh goat cheese, shellfish/crustaceans, but also with potatoes, poultry and game.
 This Oil is made from “Picholine” Olives Harvested in our Olive Grove, which before being crushed in our Mill in Saint Martin de Crau, will be matured. 
The late harvest allows the olives to develop sweeter aromas.
