Official tasting notes: The nose is very aromatic, reminiscent of sweet citrus, banana zest, fruit salad and dried fruit. 

The palate has a soft entry, with a persistence of ardor and bitterness and reminds us of green apple, chamomile, vanilla and wild fruits.
