Olvero - Peasant olive oil, heritage of a thousand-year-old history.
Olvero is the family business of José Luis Garcia De La Rosa, an olive oil producer in Arjonilla in Andalusia.
Passionate producers for 6 generations, the members of our family perpetuate an ancestral tradition anchored in our small white village in the south of Spain. The Olvero olive oils produced in our estate are the fruit of our passion, our joie de vivre and the radiant sun of our beautiful Andalusian region.
Our olive oils are bottled directly on the farm and come exclusively from olives harvested on our own land. They are cold extracted and crushed at low temperature in order to preserve their quality. Descended from a long line of producers, Jose Luis has unrivaled expertise in traditional manufacturing methods, which he has perfected throughout his life through research and experimentation, including using agroecological techniques to regenerate soils and limit water consumption.
