While the majority of button mushrooms are grown in Poland, you will find mushrooms from the Dordogne in this soup. 

Our producer is one of the last mushroom farms still in operation. •A committed local approach. 

The recipe for this velouté was designed with La Cocotte Gourmande, located in the Charentes. 

Fabien works closely with organic farmers in his region, all the vegetables come from Nouvelle-Aquitaine. •Towards food resilience. 

La Cocotte Gourmande processes all of its ingredients in its workshop and employs 7 people.
