The sectors are designed to be as short as possible and direct from the producers. 

99.2% of the ingredients come from Burgundy-Franche-Comté, the region in which our biscuit maker is located. 

Wheat flour and sunflower seeds are labeled Biopartenaire, this label allows us to guarantee fair remuneration for producers. 

The buckwheat also comes from a group of farmers in Burgundy. 

Organic Emmental is made in Doubs. •A gourmet recipe without artifice. 

Thanks to the mixture of wheat flour and buckwheat flour, these crackers are ultra crunchy. 

A generous portion of Emmental provides a tasty taste, without any aroma. 

A controlled salt level helps to enhance everything. 

Unlike the cheese crackers dominating the market, our crackers do not undergo an ultra-processing process by extrusion. 

Our manufacturing process consists of forming the dough, rolling then baking, thus preserving the texture and quality of the ingredients. •Support work with our sectors. 

We have chosen to promote ingredients from a partner cooperative of 140 producers in the Burgundy region, a pioneer in organic agriculture. 

We work with wheat and sunflower producers. 

Various discussions with the cooperative's technical advisors and producers highlighted a need for training on the installation of plant cover. 

We support these organic farmers in a process of agroecological progress, towards soil conservation agriculture, in complementarity with organic agriculture. One of our agronomic engineers organized training on the installation of plant cover (real agronomic levers favorable to soil fertility and biodiversity). 

3 advisors and 5 farmers attended this training in January 2024. 

We dedicate 1% of our turnover to support producers. 

To date, we have used 2000 euros to carry out actions with this cooperative. Allergens: Gluten, Eggs (traces), Milk/lactose, Mustard (traces), Sesame (traces)
