O’relia olive oil 1l

I left for you, to harvest the olives of my homeland. The olive trees, located on the L'Arcangelo family farm in the Sorrentine Peninsula, benefit from both the sea air and the rich soil of Vesuvius. The variety of olive is the Minucciola. It is such a delicate variety that it must be harvested by hand so as not to damage it. The olive oil that I offer has been pressed as soon as the olives have been harvested, which allows all the flavors to be extracted. Moderately fruity, the dominant flavors are rosemary, sage, artichoke and chicory. Origin: Sorrento - Naples
