Org porcini risotto

Our ready-made Porcini Risotto is produced by the Picco family in the Po valley, directly from the rice that they grow in their traditional Cascina using a secret family bouillon as a base. The Picco family have been farming these rice fields now for 5 generations using the water run-off from the Alps.
