Orginics Gin honey

In our Orginics Honey gin the honey wine - according to a 17th century recipe - unites with a distillate of beetroot. The floral character is enhanced by chamomile, hibiscus and marigold. The red pepper gives this smooth, full-bodied gin a pungent buzz. Orginics Honey is like velvet on the tongue: delicious to sip neat but also incredible tasty when combined in a cocktail or two stepper such as the G&T. For this batch, we got the honey from the Erasmus Park in Amsterdam, where it was derived by beekeeper Jan Willem.
