SPELLED demeter (25 kg)

Spelled has a delicious nutty taste. This cereal has exceptional nutritional values: it is rich in proteins, minerals and trace elements (magnesium, zinc, iron and copper), and also contains lysine, an essential amino acid. Soak overnight in cold water. Drain and cook in 1.5 its volume of water for about 30 minutes over low heat. Season with oil, salt and chopped fresh herbs.
