FLAKES 5 CEREALS demeter (25 kg)

A nutritious blend of spelled flakes, oats, barley, rice and rye. Excellent for students and children. Steamed 5 cereal flakes are very practical and easy to use. They are eaten at breakfast, or can be added to soups, or in the dough to make vegetable pancakes, cakes and breads. Breakfast recipe: slightly heat 2 dl of vegetable milk of your choice, pour over 300g of flakes. Leave to rest for a few minutes. Add an apple cut into small pieces, a little cane sugar or a spoonful of honey and raisins.
