INSTANT BUCKWHEAT FLAKES (15 kg)

Buckwheat is the cereal of Eastern countries, powerfully remineralising, very easy to digest and gluten-free. Buckwheat is therefore an excellent source of minerals and vitamins, it contains all eight essential amino acids as well as plenty of magnesium and calcium. Instant buckwheat flakes are pre-cooked wholemeal buckwheat flour reduced to flakes. They prepare quickly. Energy breakfast: slightly heat a little rice milk or soy milk, pour into a bowl. Add the flakes as a rain, whisking the mixture gently until the desired consistency. Sweeten with a little rice or agave syrup and sprinkle with soaked and drained dried fruit.
