Demeter sunflower seeds 25 kg

Sunflower seeds are a great source of essential fatty acids, minerals and trace elements (phosphorus, manganese, copper and iron), and vitamins (E, B5 and B6). They are very popular for their delicious nutty taste. Rolls recipe: knead 250g of flour (spelt or wheat) with a sachet of baker's yeast, 1 egg, salt, 25ml of olive oil, 20g of sunflower seeds and ½ cup of water. Let the dough rise for 1h30. Shape into buns, brush with water and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Cook for 20 minutes at 200°.
