BUCKWHEAT demeter (5 kg)

Buckwheat is the traditional food of Eastern Europe and Asia. With its nutty flavor, buckwheat is highly nutritious. It is rich in protein, essential amino acids, soluble fiber and antioxidant compounds. It is also rich in minerals and trace elements (magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, copper, iron and zinc), and in group B vitamins (B1. 2, 3 & 6). Buckwheat does not contain gluten. Soak overnight in cold water. Rinse well to remove sticky soaking water. Add diced apples and put in a steamer for 15 minutes. Season with walnut oil and salt.
