
Whole grain long rice from Italy. Rich in minerals and trace elements (magnesium, selenium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, iron and copper), group B vitamins (B1, 3, 5, 6) and dietary fibre. To properly assimilate brown rice, it is important to cook and chew it well. Rice with vegetables: sauté 1 chopped onion over low heat in a little olive oil. Add 1 measure of long washed rice, 1 carrot, 1 turnip and 1 stalk of celery cut. Pour 2 measures of water, salt, bring to the boil. Cook over low heat on a heat diffuser for 50 minutes.
