
Brown rice flakes give you most of the nutrients of whole grain rice. Naturally gluten-free, rice is a particularly digestible cereal. Steamed pre-cooked brown rice flakes are very practical and easy to use. They are eaten at breakfast, added to soups, in the dough to make vegetable pancakes, cakes and breads. RECIPE: 100g of rice flakes, 50g of rice flour, raisins, walnuts, crushed almonds, the zest of a lemon, water and 50ml of virgin sunflower oil. Mix these ingredients to form a ball of slightly moist dough. Form small balls, flatten them between the palms of the hands, place them in a mould. Put in the oven at 180° for about 20 minutes.
