Preparation : Infuse 1 teaspoon or tablespoon, for a calabash or a large mug, at 80° for at least 5 minutes. For a more intense flavor, steep 2 tablespoons or more! You can also infuse your barley coffee mate in a French press. Infuse, taste, reinfuse up to 3 times!
