Famous throughout Italy, the Orzo caffé has a taste close to traditional coffee. Its thick and creamy consistency will not leave you indifferent. Our second “barley coffee” is a real alternative for those who want to avoid caffeine and reduce their carbon footprint. From a barley from a peasant, organic and Breton sector. Dried, hulled (shelled) and roasted with care, it is a cereal with very high nutritional value. It is rich in minerals and has excellent digestive power. For the Orzo in grains, it will be a question of adapting the grind to your machine (generally coarser than coffee) by dosing 10 to 11 g. For espresso machines (“with arm”) the optimum extraction time should be between 15 and 17 seconds.
