Our tuna is caught piece by piece, with a hook, in high-altitude and deep-sea fishing grounds, it is frozen on board at a temperature of between -35º and -40º immediately after being caught, thus maintaining all its freshness and organoleptic and nutritional properties. Once it reaches land, it is made in a completely traditional way, without adding any type of additive or preservative, but only olive oil and salt. It has a high concentration of Omega 3 fatty acids, among other beneficial components for health.
