Our most intense coffee yet, this batch from the Musasa washing station, in the Northern Province of Rwanda. This batch is made from 100% Peaberry Red Bourbon. Peaberry is a grain that has not had to share its cherry with another grain. Thus, we have a grain more concentrated in aromas with a unique intensity. In the cup, we find a nice note of caramel and aromas of black fruits such as blackberry. It is currently the flagship espresso of many establishments specializing in specialty coffee which have chosen Oven Heaven.
