Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Also known as ‘blue gum’, Eucalyptus’s sweet menthol aroma makes it easy to recognize. The narrow leaves of the eucalyptus globulus tree are mildly steam distilled to obtain its essential oil. The oil has been long known for its therapeutic, flavouring and antimicrobial properties. It is popular for use specially in wellness and spa industry. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: • Put 4-8 drops of Alpveda Eucalyptus globulus essential oil on the floor of your shower for a refreshing bath. • Take 2-3 drops in the palm of your hands in a sauna and inhale the vapours for an invigorating feeling. • Diffuse 4-6 drops in an air diffuser for an energising aroma promoting focus • Take few drops and rub it on your chest in a steam bath to promote clear breathing • Massage your feet and knees with 2-3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil mixed with carrier oil after a long day for a relaxing feeling BENEFITS: • Provides an invigorating feeling and improves focus when inhaled • Helps clear breathing and aids in relieving symptoms of cold and sinusitis • Helps relax muscles and has an energising effect when applied to neck and chest Please note that essential oils are highly concentrated, please dilute after seeking professional advice.
