Holy Basil also known as ‘Tulsi’ is known for its warm and sweet aroma. Our holy basil blend includes five different varieties of holy basil including the famed ‘Krishna Tulsi’ variety known for its fragrance and stimulating effect. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: • Use 3-4 drops it an air diffuser to create an engaging and energising mist • Mix 3-4 drops holy basil blend essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil or body lotion like and apply topically to promote healthy looking skin • Put 2-3 drops of holy basil blend essential oil in your herbal tea or hot water for a calm mind and improved immunity • Put 1-2 drops in the palm of your hands, rub them and inhale the warm stimulating aroma BENEFITS: • Its intake enhances immunity and metabolism • Its sweet and spicy fragrance reduces stress when inhaled through an air diffuser • Improves sleep quality As essential oils are highly concentrated, avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
