
Minardo Pasta is made with 100% organic durum wheat semolina from ancient Sicilian grains. Produced in Sicily, Italy, our pasta is handcrafted, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product. We only use Russello wheat flour, for semolina pasta, or Timilia, for wholemeal pasta, because they are rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with easily digestible gluten. Our pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all its nutritional characteristics. We produce different pasta shapes, suitable for many recipes, including vegetarian or vegan, such as snails, perfect for all recipes, suitable for ragù sauces with meat or sausage and mushrooms; they are also perfect for summer dishes, with light sauces based on fresh tomato and mozzarella.
