Pastis of Nice

Pastis, an aperitif of conviviality, sun, holidays and of course shared pleasure. Pastis de Nice® celebrates the gentle Mediterranean way of life found in the city to which it pays homage. The production of Pastis de Nice® is made according to the traditional methods of master liquorists: infusion of plants by group in alcohol at specific degrees and times. These infusions, also called “tinctures” are then blended together to create a unique synergy upon maturation. Once diluted, this mixture benefits from a long resting time so as to clarify itself naturally to become Pastis with a clear and golden color, a fine nose and the length in the mouth that we appreciate so much. The secret of Pastis de Nice® results from the mixture of ancestral know-how combined with a lot of patience. The original recipe has been secretly preserved for more than 40 years. In 2020, Pastis de Nice® changes hands with a new team at its head, with the aim of revitalizing its footprint, while scrupulously ensuring respect for the traditions that have made the brand famous.
