I am an artisanal pastis maker, born in Béarn. My creators, the Blind Pigs, enhanced the freshness of my anise with a touch of Béarnaise pepper smoked with fig wood. I am proud of the 6 aromatic plants that make me up: they are all organic. I am all natural and locally produced. I get confused when I'm lying down with 5 volumes of water.
