Awarded a Gold Star at the 2022 Great Taste Awards Jury comments: We really liked the homemade look of these fries, which weren't too uniform. They were very crisp, probably due to the thin cut. The chorizo flavor was very present, almost like meat, which we really liked. The spiciness was well balanced and by no means over the top. We liked the fact that the flavor and spiciness lingered in the mouth for a while. A good crunch. A flavorful crisp with just the right seasoning. Light, with a delicate crunch, this crisp was pleasant to eat. The spiciness of the chorizo really complements the crunch and the flavor of the chorizo really comes through as a meaty flavor. Excellent smoked aftertaste.
