A very VERY simple recipe with GOOD ingredients: - butter - chorizo from Spain - free-range eggs - a pinch of Guérande salt - AND a touch of paprika! You will have an irresistible urge to dance flamenco every time you bite into one! This charcuterie biscuit goes wonderfully with our AOP cheese recipes. ;) Also to be crunched: small aperitif biscuits with Coppa concocted in Corsica and Bayonne ham.
