Our strips, thin and crispy, are made from traditional local HVE wheat flour and AOP Charente Poitou butter. A mixture of spicy smoked paprika associated with garlic will stimulate your taste buds to find this chorizo flavor so typical of the South. Our strips are made by hand, in our workshop, and guaranteed without additives, aromas and preservatives. Ideal for a convivial aperitif, to eat alone or accompanied by a spread of vegetables or fresh goat cheese.
