Our crackers, fine and crunchy, made from wheat flour and HVE buckwheat flour from our region, AOP Charentes Poitou butter and embellished with various seeds rich in flavor and from organic farming (sesame, flax, sunflower, chia). Our crackers are made by hand, in our workshop, and guaranteed without additives, aromas and preservatives. Ideal for a friendly aperitif, to eat alone or accompanied by a spread of vegetables for example.
