Very thin and crunchy strips made from traditional HVE wheat flour, AOP butter, local beets, local herbs from organic farming and beer from our region. Our strips are made by hand, in our workshop, and guaranteed without additives, aromas and preservatives. These strips, very thin and crunchy, are made from local beet puree and subtly enhanced with a mixture of local organic herbs (chives, parsley, tarragon).
