These goat cheese strips are a must for a successful aperitif. They are fine and crispy made from traditional HVE wheat flour, Sainte Maure de Touraine AOP goat cheese, Charentes Poitou AOP butter, and beer from our region. Our strips are handmade in our workshop and guaranteed without additives, aromas or preservatives. Ideal for a friendly aperitif, to eat alone or accompanied by a spread of vegetables for example.
