Aperitif biscuits: Salted strips with POULIGNY SAINT PIERRE goat cheese

These goat cheese strips are a must for a successful aperitif. They are fine and crispy made from traditional HVE wheat flour, refined Pouligny Saint Pierre goat cheese, AOP Charentes Poitou butter, and beer from our region. Our strips are handmade in our workshop and guaranteed without additives, aromas or preservatives. Ideal for a friendly aperitif, to eat alone or accompanied by a spread of vegetables for example.
