For us it is the best curry sauce. Created by NRW top chef Patrick Jabs, with a fine Indian curry smoke BBQ note. The sauce is gluten and lactose free and made without added flavor enhancers. Absolutely delicious with currywurst and also with steaks, burgers, hot dogs, grilled meat. You can't get more tomatoes! Whether classic with pasta or hearty from the grill, the ragout tastes really fruity thanks to the high tomato content. Onions, garlic and fennel add spice. And with the BBQ touch it has that certain something, according to NRW top chef "Patrick Jabs". Pureed an ideal ketchup! Pork belly and grilled meat as well as for marinating. Please serve hot!
