Patrick Jabs practically grew up in the kitchen, as his father is also a chef. His own career began in Kettwig in the "Schloßhotel Hugenpoet". This laid the foundation for many other stations in star hotels and abroad. For six years he was on the road for the WDR TV show “Kochalarm”. Anyone who gets to know Patrick Jabs immediately realizes that cooking is not just a job for him. He is passionate about the stove and is happy to pass on his knowledge. Since 2011 in his own cooking school, which he runs together with his wife Stefanie. Here both attach great importance to a family atmosphere and above all high-quality products - some from their own cultivation. The curry sauce started things off, because currywurst always works – but Patrick was often not impressed by the taste. Now he has his own range of sauces with seven varieties.
