Les 3 Chouettes are reinventing the condiment! Under their wings, a range of
pickles, mezes & organic and French vegetable sauces to add flavor
color and pep for appetizers, salads and sandwiches.
Pickles: Carrot, cauliflower, cucumber... These crunchy and
tangy that marinate in a mild vinegar flavored with spices and herbs
are bottled in France, in workshops located near the vegetable production sites in France.
THE PICKLES:
An alternative to Made in India pickles (85% of our consumption), pickles can be eaten as an aperitif OR slipped into sandwiches, salads, bowls.
MEZES:
After pickles, Les 3 Chouettes wanted to reinterpret mezes, this staple of oriental tables. 100% natural and 100% vegetable. These spreads are composed of good organic and French vegetables,
sesame, cumin and lemon cream. To be eaten with breadsticks, crackers and fresh vegetables.
THE SAUCES
Their secret? Organic and Breton cauliflower, lemon, tahini, mustard, apple juice, a hint of rapeseed oil: a healthy and vegetable alternative to mayonnaise and other gourmet sauces.
At the origin of the 3 CHOUETTES, there are Delphine and Elodie, friends, sisters-in-law and passionate about cooking. In 2016, they decided to embark on this adventure to move the lines of an outdated agri-food model and reconnect the consumer to his plate. How ? By sublimating the vegetables grown by farmers settled in France into explosive condiments, to enhance the fruit of their labor.
