RARE PEARLS Dijon mustard is emblematic of French gastronomy. However, more than 80% of the seeds are imported from Canada. Our mustard seeds are grown in the Yvelines. Then, they are cooked slowly, "pickle" style, in a mild vinegar infused with spices and herbs. The result ? Small tangy balls that burst in the mouth.
