HANDON'S veal stock from Alsace in a 200g cup For cooks who would like to conjure up some mild sauces, we have our veal stock paste, which you can also order from our delicatessen. The veal stock contains 17.5% natural veal extracts. Bones, vegetables and spices are also boiled down for the veal stock paste until it has reached the appropriate consistency. In Alsace, this fond is a tradition, as it is milder and lighter than the Demi Glace. This gives you more options to conjure up a creative sauce. Suitable as a sauce base for all meat dishes With a 200g tub of HANDON'S Fond Paste you can achieve 3 liters as a sauce base and 5.7 liters as a cooking base. Type of preparation: Stir the required amount of paste into cold or boiling water. Bring to a boil and/or keep boiling. Refine with wine, herbs and spices as desired. Boil for 5 minutes.
