The Groix et Nature Conserverie, created 20 years ago, is located on the island of Groix in southern Brittany. A true local culinary workshop, the cannery employs 19 people living year round on the island. All our recipes are cooked in an artisanal way from raw materials mainly from small-scale fishing boats, working with local fishmongers. Without coloring or preservative, they enhance the authentic taste of each fish. Discover a wide range of products such as fish rillettes ideal to enjoy as an aperitif, the emblematic Lobster Oil for the creation of culinary recipes, fish soups and specialties from the island of Groix for the pleasure of the ends gourmets!
