The Groix et Nature Conserverie, created 20 years ago, is located on the island of Groix in southern Brittany. A true local culinary workshop, the cannery employs 19 people living year round on the island. All our recipes are cooked in an artisanal way from raw materials mainly from small-scale fishing boats, working with local fishmongers. Without coloring or preservative, they enhance the authentic taste of each fish.
