In the heart of Emilia, halfway between Modena and Reggio Emilia, in the elegant Montericco hill, stands the Acetaia di Montericco, a place of peace capable of making balsamic vinegar special.
Production is carried out exclusively in the village of the ancient hamlet of Albinea, near the castle which overlooks the entire Po Valley. Immersed in tranquility and tradition, in a historic house in the castle village, a magical attic houses hundreds of barrels.
The vinegar we produce is our contribution to give more and more value to tradition, time, naturalness and craftsmanship. Our versatile and constantly evolving production focuses on quality and research and is characterized by originality.
